Tara Giancaspro showed up on our rooftop ready! Ready to engage with the big ideas. Ready to meet people. Ready to connect. She dove right in, asking questions, listening to people share, and then opened her heart up to us that she needs to believe that community is worth trusting in. Wherever she goes, she leans into that idea - that the more we put into to community, the more it will hold us.
What circles of community do you find that give and take in your life? Where you can trust them to hold you - and you hold them right back? (We hope one of them is Lab/Shul!)

Here’s how you can participate:
Each day, starting today and ending on Yom Kippur, 9/25, we’ll post one photo+short text submitted by YOU - Lab/Shul Partners and global community members. (Double photos on Friday for Shabbat - we won’t post on Saturday.)
Use this printable sign to write in your answer, snap a picture, write a short paragraph about your choice, and send it in to us using this form. You can also create your own sign and share with us!
We’ll be posting these daily offerings on our social media and website. You can also subscribe to get them in your inbox, for 40 days.
The entire collection will be on display at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center as an ongoing gallery during the High Holy Days, and attendees will be able to create new versions right on the spot. We’ll be talking about your choices on Yom Kippur - exploring, together, what it means to rebuild trust and re-imagine the sacred.
